Ran a little over 4 miles today. When I first started out the pain in my right buttocks was so strong I could hardly run. I stopped to stretch a little and it was slightly better. I was able to run and felt pretty strong today, but this pain concerns me. We'll see
Ran 12 Saturday. Windy and hilly. Ran with two buddies from the health club. Working on building mileage and endurance for the 16 week marathon program.
